VOLUNTEERS OF PLATFORM FOR GLOBAL CHALLENGES

The Platform for Global Challenges, which is a think-tank headed by Egemen Bagis, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator, gathered 50 young people from various Anatolian universities. 

The objective of the Platform for Global Challenges founded in the Santralistanbul campus with the contributions of Istanbul Bilgi University is to address the global and regional issues in academic and practical aspects and in this sense, to carry out various works.

The Platform for Global Challenges, which aims at contributing to Turkey’s international role and position from different aspects, consolidating its power in the international arena and becoming a reference point for different problem areas emerging in the world, conducts joint works with the prominent think-tanks of the world and aspires to become a prestigious and referenced think-tank in the international arena.

Aiming also to become an information center that the society and the academic circles will frequently apply when its wide range of interests is taken into account, the Platform for Global Challenges carries out a working system which deals with the significant political, social and economic developments of the United States, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Caucasus-Central Asia and Africa as well as the political and social relations between these regions and Turkey.
