UNTIMELY LOSS DEPRESSED THE TURKISH NATION A LOT

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis said that BBP (Grand Unity Party) Leader Muhsin Yazicioglu who passed away in a helicopter crash in Kahramanmaras is "an unforgettable leader remembered with love and respected by all the people of the society".

In his condolence message for the decease of Muhsin Yazicioglu, Bagis stated:

"I have learned with great sorrow that Mr. Muhsin Yazicioglu, leader of BBP which is one of the fundamental foundations of the Turkish political life and 5 of our citizens accompanying him have passed away.

Mr. Muhsin who became one of the legendary names of the Turkish democracy, who succeeded in the political struggle, and gained the love of people with his intellectual background and his courtesy is an unforgettable leader remembered with love and respected by all the people of the society.

Untimely loss of him depressed the Turkish nation a lot. May God have mercy on him and I want to pass my condolences to his depressed family and his supporters. "
