FOREIGN POLICY SEMINAR TO AK PARTY DEPUTIES

AK Party organized a foreign policy seminar for its deputies before the Grand National Assembly's recess for its annual break. The seminar was organized in order to prepare the members of the Parliament ready for the questions they would face in their provinces.

AK Party deputies and their advisors attended the training program organized by AK Party Department of Foreign Affairs on 24th of July 2008. Besides Mr. Egemen Bagis, Chairman of Turkish Grand National Assembly Foreign Affairs Commission and Deputy of Eskisehir, Mr. Murat Mercan, and Chairman of the Turkish Delegation of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe and Deputy of Antalya, Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu gave presentations during the seminar. The subjects of the presentations varied from the USA to Europe, Middle East to Asia, from the Cyprus question to Armenian Issue and the problems of Turkish citizens living abroad.
