EGEMEN BAGIS VISITS GERMANY

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis completed his 2 days Germany visit.

Under the scope this visit, Minister Bagis participated to the opening ceremony of Hamm representative of the Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD). In his speech Bagis said “The most beautiful promotion of Turkey’s EU journey will be carried out in here. I believe that the wall of prejudices will be removed through the brotherhood of Hamm representative of UETD. Now filling these remaining places is your job.”

Following the ceremony, Minister Bagis had a meeting with Thomas Hunsteger-Petermann, the Mayor of Hamm and participated to the dinner held in his honor.

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis, stressing the Turkish-German friendship during the meetings, thanked for the services provided to the Turkish citizens by Hamm Municipality and stated that Hamm was an excellent example for integration.

On the second day of his visit, Minister Bagis met with Turkish businessmen in Hamm, and then he participated to the programme organized by Hamm representative of UETD.

Minister Bagis, who participated to the opening ceremony of Hamm representative of UETD, completed his Germany visit by attending to the program organized by Held representative.
