    EGEMEN BAGIS AT THE ‘THE SPIRIT OF CONQUEST, FATIH AND THE YOUTH’ ESSAY CONTEST AWARDS CEREMONY

    The Essay contest on the ‘The Spirit of Conquest, Fatih and the Youth’ organized by the Unity Trust and the National Turkish Student Assocition(MTTB) was held at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall, Istanbul.

    Egemen Bagis accompanied PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan who presented the awards to the students.

    The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran and followed by the singer Ugur Isilak, with his popular songs.

    41,876 essays from high school students in 39 districts of Istanbul were sent to the competition, which was held in recognition of the 561 years anniversary of Istanbul’s conquest.
