COUNCIL OF EUROPE PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY MEETING HELD IN PARIS

Egemen Bagis was present at the meeting which was organized by the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) in Paris.

Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) adopted the report prepared by the Political Affairs Committee which aims to fight against the growing Nazi ideology within the member states.

This report was prepared by the Swedish parliamentarian Marietta Pourbaix-Lundin. It is emphasized that the roles of the government and the political parties of the member states are very important in order to prevent this kind of ideology.

Egemen Bagis broadcasted a message on his official tweeter account regarding this; “We are at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Political Affairs and Democracy Commission meeting and discussing the problem of racism in Europe.” Mr Bagis said.
