AK PARTY FOREIGN AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT HOSTED THE PARLAIMENTARY DELEGATION FROM BAHRAIN

AK Party Foreign Affairs Department hosted the Parliamentary delegation from Bahrain who came to Turkey between 13-15 March in order to understand the success of AK Party and learn from democracy in Turkey.

The delegation headed by the Vice-Chairman of Bahrain National Parliament, Dr. Salah Ali Abdulrahman, studied the reasons behind the AK Party's success while being informed about the organizational structure and functions of the AK Party. To this end, delegation met with some of the party vice-chairmen.

AK Party Vice Chairman in charge of Foreign Affairs Egemen Bagis hosted the delegation on 14 March 2008, Friday at the AK Party Headquarters.

Explaining the AK Party's foreign policy and Turkey's role in today's world politics, Bagis informed the Bahraini politicians about the studies of the Foreign Affairs Department.

Honoring the delegation, Bagis hosted a lunch at the AK Party Headquarters after the meeting.
