EGEMEN BAGIS’ OBJECTION TO THE ALLEGATIONS

Egemen Bagis who was targeted by the Parallel Structure’s coup attempts on December 17 and 25, reacted to the statement on the prosecutor’s decision received by the GNAT Inquiry Commission.

The statement said the following which was submitted to the commission by Egemen Bagis’ lawyers:

"There is a statement on the decision which read as ‘The public servants who gained some monetary benefits in the investigations.‘ This statement is not true whether it is meant for our client, Mr Minister or not. The monetary benefits were not provided to our client, Mr Minister as alleged. The alleged act did not happen."
