CIVIL SOCIETY DIALOGUE INFO-DAY IN ISTANBUL

The information day in Istanbul of the "Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Turkey III” (CSD-III) grant scheme developed by the Ministry for EU Affairs to strengthen the dialogue between the civil societies of Turkey and EU was held under the auspices of the Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis.

Delivering a speech in the opening of the info-day, Minister Bagis indicated that they had come together for sharing information related to allocating a fund amounting to approximately 25 million TL which will be disbursed through the programs that will increase the civil society dialogue between Turkey and the EU and the objective of these funds were to improve the standards of civil society, democracy, human rights and media.

The organization to which over 250 potential beneficiaries and co-applicants participated and were informed about the Grant Scheme will continue with the info-day in Malatya on 31 May 2013.
