BAGIS MAKES AN OPENING SPEECH IN “20TH HUMAN RESOURCES CONFERENCE”

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis participated in the 20th Human Resources Conference organized by the People Management Association of Turkey (PERYÖN). 

Making an opening speech in the conference held at Lütfi Kırdar International Convention & Exhibition Center, Bagis stated that Turkey became a prominent country thanks to its economy and human resources.

Bagis also underlined that Turkey would become a significant source of labor force and added that the EU would need Turkey’s human resources in the future.

Expressing that the goal of gaining maximum benefits would be a mistake in human resources management, Bagis said “It would be seriously wrong if we consider human resources as an economic matter and if we have dollar signs flashing before our eyes when we look at someone.”
