GRAND OPENING OF THE LARGE SIZE TAXPAYERS' DEPARTMENT

Large Size Taxpayers' Department office building in Mecidiyekoy was opened on February 3rd 2007, with a ceremony attended by Minister of Finance Kemal Unakıtan. Istanbul MP Egemen Bagis, Istanbul Governor Muammer Guler, Sisli District Mayor Mustafa Sarıgül, TOBB President Rifat Hisarciklioglu, ITO Chairman Murat Yalcintas and MUSIAD Chairman Omer Bolat were among the names that also attended the grand opening of the institution that is expected to provide leverage in attempts to struggle the unregistered economy.
