PKK’S DRUG TRAFFICKING NETWORK IN EUROPE SHOULD BE COLLAPSED
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis attended a live programme on NTV and answered the questions on the agenda. Pointing out that the greatest drug and human trafficking network in Europe was under the control of PKK, Bagis said that the Europeans should realize their own interests and cooperate with Turkey to collapse that drug trafficking network.
Bagis stated that no country in Europe would allow armed resistance and continued as follows:
“KCK is an effort to establish a kind of structure parallel to the state. This would not be tolerated in any country. Turkey is a constitutional state. In a constitutional state the judiciary does its part; the evidences are exposed; then the judicial process ends up. These are standard and necessary operations.”
Upon a question on the support given to the terrorist organisation from abroad, Bagis said that he would bring that issue into question during his meeting in Europe and he pointed out that the terrorist organisation poisoned the European youth with drugs also. Pointing out that the greatest drug and human trafficking network in Europe was under the control of PKK, Bagis said that the Europeans should realize their own interests and cooperate with Turkey to collapse that drug trafficking network.
