24 MILLION EURO SUPPORT FOR YOUTH EMPLOYMENT

The Call for Proposal for “Grant Program to Support the Youth Employment in the Investment Sectors” under the Human Resources Development Operational Program under the scope of IPA, aiming to support the projects which will be developed by NGOs, local administrations, training and vocational institutions and international institutions has been issued.

Underlining the importance of the issue, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis said “With this program, an opportunity has been created for the young entrepreneurs across Turkey. I believe that young people who will acquire profession at the end of the projects will participate to the active employment and will contribute to the economy of the country.”

The deadline for pre-proposals for the call which is planned to provide 24 million euro support in total for the successful project applications is 8 February 2013.
