2010 LAST MİNUTE

Istanbul 2010 initiative organized a lunch on March 6th for EU Ambassadors in Ankara Sheraton. Ambassadors showed intense interest at this luncheon organized as a lobbying effort, and reiterated their continued full support in the candidacy of Istanbul. On behalf of the Ambassadors attending the luch, HE Ambassador Dr. Marius Calligaris of Austria expressed support. The next day a coctail was organized at the Müşir Fuat Paşa waterside residence for the Councillors and Cultural Attache's serving in Istanbul. The initiative leaders were highly satisfied with the support promises at both lobbying efforts.
