BAGIS EVALUATES THE EU PROCESS WITH THE AMBASSADORS

Minister for EU Affairs and the Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis and Minister of Environment and Forestry Veysel Eroglu attended the reception hosted by Kirsti Eskelinen, the Finnish Ambassador to Ankara, at Nurol Residence, in order to mark the 93th Anniversary of independence of Finland.

Bagis, who had ample time to talk to the ambassadors at the reception, stated that they evaluated Turkey's EU membership process.

Indicating that Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Undersecretariat for Foreign Trade, Undersecretariat of Treasury and relevant economic council worked on the competition chapter, Bagis said that he shared these developments with the ambassadors.

Noting also that Finland was a friendly and allied country which supported Turkey's EU process, Egemen Bagis said that that's why he was happy to attend the national day of Finland.
