TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN EUROPE FOR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Ministry for EU Affairs, Turkish National Agency, Gruntvig Program offers a wide range of training opportunities in Europe to the adults working for the public in order to improve their professional skills and enable them to follow the latest developments in their fields.

“In-service Training” action contributing to the personal development of the workers as well as to the capacity building of the institutions enables the individuals to attend a course from 5 days to 6 weeks in 33 member countries of LLP (Life Long Learning Program) or “Visits & Exchanges” action enables receiving grants for a period of 1 day to 12 weeks to make observations and attend on-the-job trainings.

In this regard, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis said: “In-service Training and Visits & Exchanges actions conducted within the scope of National Agency Gruntvig Adult Education Program offer a wide range of opportunities to the individuals and institutions in need of following the developments and pioneering in a world when everything changes and develops so rapidly. Our citizens trained abroad for various durations with the support of Turkish National Agency improved their knowledge and skills in a wide range of fields from creative thinking to entrepreneurship and relayed these to their institutions. As Turkish National Agency, we will continue supporting our citizens willing to visit Europe to improve their professional and personal skills and our institutions willing to increase their institutional capacities in the following periods as well. I invite everybody interested in these activities to follow training supports of the Turkish National Agency and to participate in trainings and seminars throughout Europe in the fields they prefer.”
