BAGIS RECEIVES ARMENIAN JOURNALISTS

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis received a group of Armenian journalists at the TGNA SEE Commission.

Bagis stated that obscuring the problems among Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan would cost more than solving the problems.

Bagis declared that if the Nagorno-Karabakh issue was solved by Azerbaijan and Armenia, protocols signed with Armenia would be more easily passed in the TGNA. He added: "Solving the Nagorno-Karabakh issue between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be beneficial not only for the two countries but also for the region, the world and the global peace."

Bagis pointed: "that the presidents of Turkey and Armenia watched the football match together is a beginning to solve the bigger problems by solving the smaller ones firstly."
