Foreign Policy Regional Education Seminars’ 6th Round was Realised in Istanbul

The sixth round of AK Party Foreign Affairs Department’s Foreign Policy Regional Education Seminars was realized in Istanbul on the 22nd of March 2008. The seminar was chaired by Mr. Egemen Bagis, AK Party Vice Chairman in charge of Foreign Affairs to which Mr. Murat Mercan, Turkish Grand National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs Chairman and MP representing Eskisehir, Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu, AK Party Department of Foreign Affairs coordinator Vice Chairman and MP representing Antalya, AK Party MPs representing Istanbul and AK Party Istanbul Chairman Aziz Babuscu as well as many party supporters attended.

AK Party Vice Chairman Egemen Bagis was the guest of TV8’s program ‘Discussion Hour’ which is prepared and presented by Nasuhi Gungor on March 22nd 2008.
Bagis answered the questions of Nasuhi Gungor and Yasar Taskin Koc, Ankara Representative of News24, on different subjects like the closure case and its international reflections, Turkey’s role on regional crisis to Turkey’s struggle with terrorism. Bagis stated that despite all the difficulties Turkey has moved forward during AK Party governance and it will go on doing so.

AK Party realized an important organization on the 93rd anniversary of Gallipoli victories. ‘Peace Envoys’ program, which was organized under the patronage of Mrs. Erdogan, brought the grandchildren of Turkish soldiers and Anzacs.
